Health Book

Context

When? Where? Who? Why?

Our project is to create an online health book for individuals. Each patient would possess one, that follows them from birth until death. It will record every treatment, surgery, medical condition the patient encountered during their life, with all the necessary information that goes with it; such as doctor's name, what kind of procedure was done etc. The health book would be private and only the person that owns the health book will be able to read its content. However, it will be accessible for medical staff, if needed. Their doctors and other medical staff that need access to its information in order to take care of the patient would be able to access it and edit it. It would be their responsibility to record in it everything that they do concerning the patient’s health.

Everyone worldwide will have a health book. That will help keep track of everyone's health. Another idea is to prevent and identify faster viruses that can grow worldwide such as the covid19 for example. Because its information can be share between medical staff, they could discuss symptoms that they encounter and talk about it. Identify what worked and what did not. That way they will be more efficient and able to prevent such a pandemic we are facing by knowing where and who started the first potential symptoms etc.

Target

For Whom?

It would be for patients and medical staff worldwide.

It would serve medical staff, to get to know the medical record of the patient they are treating and give them proper care. It will also give them information about the doctor(s) that took care of the patient, with their contact so that they reach each other and exchange about what they have done previously with the patient or else.

This will benefit patient because they will receive the proper care they need, and the medical stuff will have their records anytime via the health book platform which is available worldwide. Therefore, the patient won't have to worry about informing medical staff. They will know and have access to anything they need.

Service offered

What? How?

It would be a health book. It will be virtual and accessible anywhere in the world as long as there is an internet connection. People could request a paperback version of it too. However, they would have to request a newer version every time it is edited so that it is always up to date. This health book will contain any important information about the patient, such as age, situation, antecedents etc. Anything related or that can impact health.

It would be accessible through a platform. The health book platform. Every patient will be given when born a medical code so that they can access the platform. For people underage, parents would be responsible of it. The access to the platform, code and identification will be different for each patient. As a social security number would be. Their access would be under the category of "patient". Then they will be able to access through an identification process.

For medical staff, there will be a slight difference. They will have two accounts. One where they are patients, and one where they are part of medical staff and will be able to access other people's files if needed. This will be required, an identification and a way to certify that they are indeed part of the medical staff etc. Once they retire for example their medical account will expire, as they will no longer be able to access the platform as a medical member but only patient. Making sure that they are exercising as a medical authority will be important to allow them access as such.

Concerning reference, we inspired ourselves from the French system. In France when a baby is born, they have a "carnet de santé" with is a health book that supposedly follows them their entire life. It contains vaccines, information about surgery etc. But since it is a paperback version, we decided to make a virtual one and make it accessible worldwide as well. As if they forget their health book when traveling for example, they will be able to access it still through the platform we created.

Project 2: Platform Medical Interpol

Context

when? where? who? why?

Noticing that medical informations and medical levels are very unequal among the countries, and with the fact that goegraphical issues (natural environments) have a huge impact on the development of some specific diseases, this project is created to help professional medical staffs or those who work in this field to have a unified platform to share the latest informations all around the world. It can promote the efficiency of information exchanging and help to improve the treatments mutually.

The Medical Interpol will be created in the form online firstly for a easier communication, medical staffs would use a online system to share their reasearch and informations about diseases so that they can exchange what thet have found to give a solution more fast about the treatement and the analyse of disease origine.

Target

for whom?

The medecins and researchers on medical domain will be our main target beacause the goal of our Interpol is to collaborate the professionals of differente countries so that the information won't be take too much time to arrive when we have met some problem about a specific treatement. A good communication favors a better developpement of treatement and reduce the time of waiting on information transfer.

Service offered

what? how?

Firstly, the online system will be created by a unique uniform code which means that the operation of the site is organised and revised by the participant countries. The share of information and treatement will definetly follow the rules and the willingness of participator under legal conditions.

The site will be seperate by a different segment where we will have a research block, a treatement block with evidence, dossier, photos etc. Then there will also a search block for searching with keywords. Inside every information, We could aldo find the name of reasearcher and their original country and the whold process of reasearch on considering the value of the site. We would also create a block like a map to show the percentage of participant countries. Specially, there will be a block distributed to serious world disease such as SARS, Covid-19 etc to be able to detecte the evoluation of disease.

To protect the safety of user, people who could have a acess on the site need to have a personal code and personal information identity that we distributed to participant countries.

Identity

Don't try to illustrate the final service that you may have in mind but instead its context.

The site is created with unique uniform code.

The contribution of information depends on the participant countries with their medecine system and the reasearch of their citizens.

Medecins will have a access on it by website to share their publication, research and new treatement.

The specific disease such as covid-19, a worldwild catastrophe will be put in attention. The epidemic and evluation of virus will be put in the site.
